Engage with a caseload of clients on their journey to secure employment opportunities. Then, support them to stay employed through the Employment Services contract. The support we provide has a ripple effect. It extends to client’s families and broader communities as well. Join us to align with our mission of ‘changing lives and building stronger communities’.

Experience is an asset, but equally being new to the employment industry is not a problem. If you are driven and have excellent administrative skills and confidence with a variety of customer relationships you can succeed with us. Sureway’s training and onboarding packages provide all the tools you need.

Duties

  • Engage with people to assist them to overcome barriers to employment
  • Work in collaboration with employers to secure vacancies and promote our services
  • Deliver on KPIs in a high paced environment
  • Deliver holistic caseload management
  • Ensure accurate timely administration

Success in this role comes from building trust, listening, and treating each person as an individual with support tailored to their specific needs.
