We are seeking a vibrant and enthusiastic Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team, who values work-life balance with no late nights or weekend work Though experience is preferred it is not required as training will be provided to the right candidate.
The Role
As a Dental Assistant / Receptionist, you will ensure that our patients receive the highest level of care by:
- Provide chairside assistance, anticipating the needs of dentists and patients, and ensuring a seamless dental experience.
- Prepare treatment rooms, sterilise instruments, and ensure all equipment is in optimal condition for use.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to infection control protocols and safety regulations.
- Reception duties – meeting & greeting patients, general enquiries & bookings, record keeping, payment & insurance processing.

As our successful applicant, you will demonstrate:
- Knowledge in dental procedures and terminology (training will be provided to the right candidate).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to empathise and connect with patients.
- Strong time management and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software.
