Are you a customer service pro? In your new role as a Retail Assistant, you will be supporting customers in our Seafood Shop to ensure they have an excellent shopping experience

Tassal Seafood Shop: Located at our shop in the beautiful Salamanca Square, you’ll be surrounded by historic buildings and near the market on weekends. This role is a casual position.

What does your week look like?

  • Providing a high standard of customer service and assisting customers to find the best product for their needs.
  • Preparing and presenting a wide range of seafood products in the deli.
  • Supporting with the cooking demonstrations that take place in the shop on Saturdays.
  • Cleaning and organising the shop to keep it looking well presented for customers and uphold hygiene standards.
  • Stocking shelves

What will you need?

  • Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service
  • Familiarity with operating POS register systems (highly desirable)
  • Outstanding presentation and a genuine interest in food/cooking
  • Quick adaptability with a strong desire to learn
  • Available to work on weekends.
