We are currently hiring for a Maintenance Electrician for a large scale manufacturer located in Pinkenba. 
The role will include preventative and predictive maintenance, breakdowns, fault finding and repairs along with occasional installation and upgrades of new equipment/machinery across a mix of new and old. 
There are three separate locations and shift patterns to choose from, a competitive full time hourly rate and opportunities for career growth within the organisation as they embark on their next chapter. 

Job Details

  • $110k plus Overtime Opportunities And Allowances 
  • Multiple roles and locations on offer 
  • First Shift Pattern: 2 days 2 nights - Set rotating roster 12 hour shifts with 6 o'clock starts (4 day week - Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri)
  • Second Shift Pattern: Day shift - 6:00am - 2:00pm with OT on offer
  • Separate locations - Yatala Or Pinkenba

Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive and reactive maintenance and repairs on industrial manufacturing machinery
  • Troubleshoot and fault find electrical issues and implement effective solutions
  • Occasional Upgrades and Installation of extrusion line machinery 
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment
  • Record and maintain accurate maintenance records
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment functionality and safety

Requirements:

  • Valid electrical license and CPR/LVR
  • Knowledge of industrial machinery electrical systems and schematics
  • Ability to diagnose and repair electrical faults efficiently
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • PLC/Instrumentation experience
  • Forklift & EWP tickets desirable
