Our client is a leading healthcare provider in Queensland, specialising in delivering exceptional residential and in-home services. With state-of-the-art facilities and an unwavering commitment to excellence, they stand at the forefront of healthcare provision.

We are currently seeking a Clinical Manager who will lead their clinical team in providing high-quality care services to residents. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, implementing best practices, and fostering a culture of excellence within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the clinical team to deliver exceptional care services in accordance with organisational policies and procedures.
  • Efficiently manage human, material, and financial resources to optimize service delivery.
  • Ensure strict adherence to Aged Care Quality & Safety Commission accreditation standards and legislation.
  • Conduct comprehensive resident assessments, plan, implement, and evaluate care with a focus on safety and evidence-based practices.
  • Serve as the lead for infection prevention and control (IPC) at the site.
  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision to Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, and Care Workers.
  • Collaborate with external healthcare professionals to address residents’ complex care needs.
  • Manage medication administration, clinical management, and related advisory groups/committees.
  • Uphold a safe working environment and ensure compliance with Work Health & Safety regulations.

About you:

  • Bachelor of Nursing qualification 
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese)
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience as a Clinical Manager within a residential home.
  • Ability to maintain flexibility and be on call when required, while adhering to Monday to Friday office hours from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
  • Profound understanding of aged care nursing practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
