As a key member of the Specialist Customer Care Team, you'll collaborate with stakeholders to implement and embed transformative initiatives. Your expertise will be instrumental in designing and executing a comprehensive program of continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiencies. Additionally, you’ll leverage data to provide insightful operational reporting to empower decision-making within the team. Harnessing your technological acumen and expertise with data analysis tools, you'll explore and leverage cutting-edge systems and applications to streamline processes and eliminate waste. Acting as a vital intermediary, you'll bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating strategic objectives into clear and actionable development requirements.
What you’ll do
Develop and maintain reporting systems leveraging data analytics to monitor operational performance across the Specialist Customer Care team.Lead the definition, implementation, and integration of process improvement initiatives throughout the Specialist Customer Care department, ensuring thorough assessment of impacts on service delivery and resource allocation.Create comprehensive communication and training materials grounded in data insights for all changes affecting Specialist Customer Care functions, ensuring smooth transitions and effective application.Provide timely feedback on Quality Program outcomes, identify opportunities for refinement and conduct targeted reviews to enhance performance.Administer and improve Compliance monitoring activities within Specialist Customer Care, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and Bank policies.What you’ll bring
Minimum 3 years of industry experience with a strong focus on data analytics and operations optimisationDemonstrable SME experience with operational and partner processes and associated systems (e.g. CBP, Hogan, Sunlink, Allfi etc)Experience in roles requiring high levels of stakeholder influence, presentation, and collaboration with a proven ability to drive change through data-driven insightsProficiency in SQL for business reporting, with the ability to extract, manipulate and analyse data to drive operational improvementsWhat we can offer
