Are you a detail-oriented administrator who is passionate about ensuring safety and efficiency? 

Austral Bricks Plant in Horsley Park, NSW, is looking for a dedicated Production Administration Assistant to become an essential part of our team. 

Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, you will play a critical role in managing administrative tasks related to production, safety, quality, environmental compliance, and training.

Duties include but are not limited to:

•Data Management: Accurately enter data into spreadsheets and record-keeping programs.
•Safety Documentation: Issue necessary safety documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
•Training Compliance: Ensure all training requirements are met.
•Safety Compliance: Conduct all activities safely, adhering to WHS policies and procedures.
•Audit Assistance: Support safety and environmental audit requirements.
•Quality Control: Assist with quality control tasks for the plant.
•Cross-Site Support: Provide assistance to other sites as needed.
•Performance Reporting: Prepare weekly performance figures, including P&L statements.
•Administrative Tasks: Manage filing, purchase orders, and stocktake card entries.

Success Requirements: 

•Previous administration experience.
•Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with a diverse workforce.
•Intermediate computer skills; particularly in MS Office. 
•A basic understanding of WHS and environmental requirements is desirable.
•Some knowledge of budgeting and reporting is desirable.
•Ability to work autonomously and as an integral part of a team. 
•Strong time management skills.
•Flexibility with hours and duties as required.
