Position Overview

As a Customer Support Team Member, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support. You will be the primary point of contact for addressing enquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services. This role requires a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, effective communication skills, and the ability to handle various customer-related tasks efficiently and professionally.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers via phone, email, or in- person to provide support and resolve inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Develop a deep understand of our products or services to effectively address customer questions and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
  • Clearly and effectively communicate complex information to customers and internal stakeholders, adapting your approach based on the customer’s level of understanding.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Ensure adherence to standards and workplace health and safety requirements
  • Assisting customers through our technical and warranty processes to achieve desired outcomes
  • Provide a range of administrative and support services to assist the service and warranty team

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 2 years experience in customer service or similar role
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience using CRM’s (preferably HubSpot) and Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication for assisting with customer inquiries
  • Excellent problem-solving skills for dealing with customer complaints
  • Ability to triage and effectively escalate where necessary
  • Strong time management skills and desire to meet deadlines
  • Strong understanding of the caravanning or automotive industry is desirable
