Competitive Hourly Rates:
- Monday to Friday: $26.18/h
- Saturday: $32.73/h
- Sunday: $39.27/h
- Public Holiday: $58.91/h
- Depending on roster definitions including penalty rates and eventual overtime, take home up to $65k/yearly

Your Empowering Role as a Retail Store Assistant Manager:
- Be the 2IC Store Manager managing the team and store on their absence.
- Ensure the store is visually appealing and ready for business daily.
- Provide excellent service to internal and external stakeholders, as well as our customers.
- Administer daily procedures accurately and handle required reports per company guidelines.
- Assist the Retail Store Manager with recruitment, training, and development with a clear vision and goals.
- Assist with manage stock, conduct cycle counts, and ensure adherence to processing procedures.
