Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough nursing assessments and patient care within a general practice environment.
- Administer vaccinations and medications as per doctor's orders.
- Provide wound care, patient education, and health promotion.
- Maintain precise patient records.
- Uphold high-quality care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Follow strict infection control and safety protocols.
- Address patient enquiries and concerns empathetically and professionally.
- Engage in Quality Improvement (QI) activities.
- Actively contribute to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
