In this key role as a Roster Scheduler you will be ensuring seamless coordination of care services for our clients. As part of our HCP team, you will be responsible for planning rosters, optimising staff time, and maintaining effective communication channels across all stakeholders. Your expertise in Visualcare and experience in 24-hour rostering within the Community Services industry will be invaluable as you navigate the challenges of a constantly evolving environment.

Role Credentials:

  • Proven experience in rostering within a fast-paced, geographically dispersed setting
  • Ability to adapt quickly to unforeseen changes in staff availability and manage emergency replacement requirements
  • Expertise in leave planning to ensure uninterrupted service delivery
  • Time management skills with a focus on client and employee satisfaction
  • Experience with Visualcare software
  • Exceptional verbal, telephone, and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in staff training is desirable

Qualifications:

  • Intermediate to Advanced computer skills (Visaulcare highly regarded)
  • National Police Check and COVID Vaccinations
