Position Overview:
 
As a Boilermaker, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, installing, and maintaining boilers, pressure vessels, tanks, and other metal structures. You will utilize your expertise to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our facilities, contributing to the success of our operations and the satisfaction of our clients.
 
Responsibilities:

  1. Fabricate, assemble, and install boilers, pressure vessels, tanks, and other metal structures according to engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
  2. Utilize a variety of hand and power tools to cut, bend, shape, and weld metal components with precision and accuracy.
  3. Conduct inspections and tests on completed work to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
  4. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on boilers, vessels, and associated equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
  5. Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other stakeholders to identify and troubleshoot issues, proposing and implementing effective solutions.
  6. Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
  7. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used, hours worked, and tasks completed.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to boilermaking, incorporating new knowledge into daily operations.
  9. Provide guidance and support to junior team members as needed, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
  10. Uphold the company's values and commitment to excellence in all interactions and activities.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience as a Boilermaker, with a minimum of [insert number] years of relevant experience in the field.
