About the role
You will work closely within a team of accountants and gains further exposure interacting with staff across all divisions in a professional and social context. During your first year, you will be allocated a Mentoring Partner, Manager and Buddy ensuring you feel fully supported and embedded into our firm culture. You will be working with Partners, Directors and Managers who are experts in their fields. Being part of one of our highly skilled teams, means you will be continuously challenged.
You will also have the opportunity to broaden your skills with extensive training, development and support through our internal Early Careers Program and the Chartered Accountant Program, as well as further relevant post graduate studies.
Who we’re after
We are looking for accounting graduates with a keen interest in business who want to grow with the firm to become a trusted advisor to our clients. You:
- Are a soon-to-be or recent graduate (graduation date between 2021 and 2025) with an accounting major
- Are an Australian or New Zealand citizen; Australian Permanent Resident; or
- Are an international student and will independently apply for a relevant Visa(s) with full working rights for the duration of the program
- Will bring a can-do attitude, a willingness to put your hand up, have a go, and step outside your comfort zone
- With a track record of working in teams and an interest in self-development, you’re looking to improve yourself and are keen to work with a wide range of clients
- Have a desire to complete your CA or CPA qualification
To be successful in this role your qualities, skills and knowledge will include:
