About the role

The Project Manager will manage and control all project management baselines as applicable to assigned project(s), through all phases of the project lifecycle.

About the role

  • Detailed review of the project scope, budget, schedule, and quality requirements as defined in the project
  • Continually monitor and review key performance indicators (KPIs), implementing changes and adjustments as required, addressing variations to planned performance. 
  • Prepare project reporting documentation on a weekly, monthly and adhoc basis, and present project performance metrics and outcomes as required
  • Involvement and support of all UGL HSSE requirements including participation in proactive safety measures and HSSE improvement plan initiatives.

About you

  • Degree in a related Engineering discipline or relevant Trade qualification.
  • Minimum 10 years’ M&E experience within the road and tunnel infrastructure space
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritize demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast-paced environment with multiple and competing demands.
  • Experience with lump sum contract environment.
  • Commercial acumen.
  • Australian Drivers Licence
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Strong negotiation, influencing skills and interpersonal skills.
