In this key role, you'll be central to our production process, ensuring we meet manufacturing costs and exceed customer expectations. You'll also have the opportunity to operate a front-end loader, with training provided. To succeed, you'll need to be customer-focused, adept at multitasking, and committed to a safe working environment. Your day will involve:
- Accurately batching orders to meet mix designs and ensure quality.
- Managing day-to-day Concrete Batch Plant operations smoothly.
- Efficiently batching concrete and allocating trucks to meet needs.
- Performing general maintenance and operating a front-end loader as needed.
- Driving concrete agitator trucks when required.
What are we looking for?
- A strong commitment to safety and the environment, with top-notch customer service skills.
- HR driver’s licence is a bonus, not essential.
- Front-end loader ticket preferred, with training available.
- Excellent communication skills and computer literacy.
- Proven teamwork and collaboration abilities.
- Experience in batching or concrete industry is a plus, but not required.
- A positive attitude and dedication to our motivated team.
