About the role:

As the ERP Application Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, optimising inventory, and maximising profitability. Reporting directly to the GM Apparel Operations, you will be responsible for systematic management of merchandise to meet market demand and company objectives.

  • Configuring, deploying, and maintaining the ERP Apparel 21 system across various sales channels to optimise sales and streamline inventory management.
  • Leading the setup and configuration of Apparel 21 for new retail stores, ensuring IT requirements are met and facilitating seamless integration.
  • Project managing and implementing Apparel 21 modules, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.
  • Gathering requirements from users and stakeholders to drive continuous enhancements and optimisation of Apparel 21, staying updated on retail industry trends and ERP technology advancements to identify improvement opportunities.
  • In addition to managing the system, you'll provide primary support to users, addressing their day-to-day operational needs and ensuring optimal system utilisation. Your duties will also include:
  • Onboarding new staff by configuring the ERP system according to their roles and conducting tailored training sessions to empower them with the necessary skills.
  • Developing comprehensive documentation of system configurations and procedures for reference and training purposes.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in configuring and deploying ERP systems, preferably Apparel 21.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in technical support and training delivery to end-users
