The Account Director is one of the principal contacts between Saatchi & Saatchi and the client. Working closely with the Group Account Director and General Manager this role will partner with key stakeholders to ensure their craft solutions are both effective and efficient to produce award-worthy work.

Day to day in this role, you’ll get to:  

Partner and maintain the overall stakeholder relationship - getting under the hood and really understanding their business (and competitors)

Guiding the strategic direction of the client's business and brand.

Contributing, supporting and evaluating creative work - continuing to drive and enhance the level of craft produced.

Collaborating with the executive team on new business prospects/opportunities.

Foster the growth and development of the junior members of the team.

Work side by side with some of the finest in the business, a successful and welcoming team. 

Qualifications

The person we’re looking for has: 

5+ years of experience in account management, preferably within an advertising communications agency environment.

Excellent stakeholder management techniques - you have the prior knowledge and experience to guide senior stakeholders and are happy to go the extra mile for your clients.

Confident and influential – you enjoy bringing your strong strategic and creative point of view to the table.

You genuinely love effective creative and want to sell in the greatest and boldest work.

Superb organisational techniques - world class banter is also highly desirable. 

This role is full-time/part-time negotiable.
