Restaurant Manager

Our client, Lake Cathie is looking for Restaurant Managers.
You’ll have full accountability for the running of the store during trading hours. You’ll take pride in contributing to a store which is exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging for our customers, team members and local community.
Skills
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Direct leadership experience as you’ll need to lead, coach and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control and rostering requirements
- Ability to look ahead, energise your team to deliver with pride
- To keep things simple and inspire customers by making sure safety, compliance and stock management standards are met
- To be customer obsessed and continually seek to better understand our diverse customers
- To drive a one team culture which celebrates success and puts our team members health, safety and well-being first.
About You – Restaurant Manager:
- You will hold a Diploma or higher and have at least 3 years experience
- High level of organisation
- High level of interpersonal, communication and team work skills
- Plan menus with Chefs
- Plan and organise special functions
- Maintain records of financial transactions and stock levels
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Select, train and supervise staff
- Arrange purchase and pricing of goods within budget guidelines
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
