About the Position

As a Cafe All Rounder, you'll need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable multitasking to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service. You must be able to serve all customers in a timely/efficient manner whilst handling all transactions with our POS system. You must also be able to maintain a clean workspace in accordance with Fresh+ hygiene standards, whilst assisting in the preparation of basic food and beverages. 

Our opening hours are below: 

Cafe: 7am till 4:30pm

Kiosk: 6:30am till 6:30pm

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following:

  • General hospitality experience is preferred however training will be provided to suitable candidates
  • Barista experience is ideal but not essential
  • Strong knowledge of general café operations in a fast paced environment
  • Must have flexibility to work across a 7 day rotating roster
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional time management skills and reliability
