Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Manager to lead their warehouse operations and drive safety, efficiency, and quality. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in Sunshine West, VIC, and contribute to the continued success of a growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the receiving, processing, and dispatching of goods for internal and external customers.
  • Plan future capacity requirements to meet operational needs.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment focused on achieving warehouse objectives.
  • Promote and enforce OH&S and quality standards, ensuring compliance with safety policies and procedures.
  • Utilize and manage warehouse management systems and related technology effectively.
  • Maintain knowledge of relevant codes, regulations, and company policies.
  • Liaise with other departments and customers to ensure seamless communication and service quality.
  • Ensure the careful handling of products throughout the distribution facility.
  • Oversee the maintenance of plant, machinery, and equipment.
  • Perform general warehouse duties and uphold workplace safety standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in warehouse organisation and management.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse safety, security, and relevant regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to train, supervise, and develop team members.
  • Skilled in delegating, instructing, and evaluating the work of warehouse personnel.
  • Experience in motivating and managing teams to achieve operational goals.

  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and judgment abilities.
  • Effective communication and people management skills.
  • Ability to motivate, delegate, and lead by example.

Hours: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
