About Smartplay - Caboolture
SmartPlay Early Learners in Caboolture provides quality care and Christian education in a Long Day Care environment. The services provided include: 3 Year Old Program; 4 Year Old Kinder Program; Before & After School Care; and Vacation Care Program.
About the role

The Centre Director is responsible for growing the SmartPlay Early Learners at Caboolture in conjunction with a support team from Corporate Services and Australian Christian College - Moreton. The Centre Director will coordinate all day to day centre operations such as administration, health & safety, and staff development, in addition to developing a positive culture that results in a quality childcare and early learning experience. The role also entails the management of staff rosters and coordination of an Early Learners budget.
The position commences January 2025 (open to negotiation).
Requirements
About you
- You hold a Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education.
- You will be expected to ensure all regulatory obligations are met including NQF, NQS and the EYLF.
- You possess a capacity to lead with a hands-on approach.
- You’re highly motivated and able to build the Centre’s enrollment.
- You’re confident in the use of technology.
- You have a servant heart and vibrant Christian faith.
