So, what who are we looking for? 
 A skilled Aerospace/Mechanical Engineer to join a dynamic team focused on pushing the boundaries of defence technology. This role centres on creating inventive electronic systems and sub-systems for future defence applications.

You will take charge of designing diverse products, executing 3D CAD modelling for and integration system sub-components, assemblies, and tooling, and crafting detailed manufacturing drawings. The designs will feature integrated electronic systems and make use of an array of lightweight, high-performance materials.

Some of your responsibilities will include:
 • Devise and enhance mechanical components, systems, and tooling
• Create 3D CAD models for components and assemblies 
• Generate assembly and manufacturing drawings, ensuring compliance with Australian Standards
• Evaluate designs and optimise product performance.
• Construct prototypes and assemble systems and supporting equipment for testing initiatives.
• Formulate and implement test plans, encompassing field testing and flight testing.
• Conduct analyses of failures and assessments of safety.
• Collaborate with external suppliers providing sub-components and raw materials.
• Originate concepts and deliver product systems, adhering to budget constraints and project timelines.
