About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, motivated and enthusiasticService Advisor, to join our team at Macarthur Ford in Narellan. Asa Service Advisor, you will be someone who enjoys a challenge,working in a team environment with great customer serviceskills.

Responsibilities:
• As the first point of contact you will take care of thecustomer's needs ensuring their vehicle is serviced in a timelymanner
• Liaising with the workshop and parts departments
• Meeting and exceeding manufacturers CSI targets
• Ensuring the customers are given the best possible CustomerService experience

Requirements for the role will involve thefollowing:
• Experience in a similar role within a Retail Automotive ServiceDepartment
• Excellent communication, numeracy and customer service skills
• Quote up repair jobs and liaise with customers
• Sound Automotive technical knowledge
• Knowledge of ERA-Power DMS preferred but not essential
• Punctual and reliable
• Professional in both appearance and handing customers
• Current driver's licence
• Be able to work in a team environment
• Demonstrate care and attention to detail
