Linehaul Allocator

We are looking for an experienced Linehaul Allocator for our NSW Depot based in Eastern Creek. This role requires Linehaul Allocation experience and knowledge of NHVR. If working the afternoon shift 2pm - 10pm Monday to Friday with a highly experienced management team excites you, this could be your next move in transport.

This position is best suited to someone with a great attitude, is fast-thinking, has strong leadership capabilities and can build rapport with drivers and operations staff as well as our valued customers.

Your key responsibilities and duties will include:

• Linehaul allocation of up to 30 movements a day.
• Working closely with drivers and operations staff to ensure all client expectations are not just met but exceeded.
• A committed approach to maintaining a safe working environment.
• Compliance and Logbook monitoring.

About you:

• Experience in a fast-paced Linehaul fleet allocations role with a focus on NHVR.
• Strong knowledge of Sydney region and East Coast Linehaul routes
• Ensure all legal obligations are met regarding driving hours and fatigue management.
• Computer literate and experience with Microsoft suite of programs
• Strong written and verbal communication, and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional planning skills.
• A high level of motivation and energy with a strong focus on achieving outstanding customer experience results.
• Ability to prioritise workload in a busy environment while coordinating multiple drivers and vehicles consistently.
• Strong understanding of CoR & compliance relating to the transport industry.
• Strong work ethic and pose a “Can do” attitude with a focus on safety.
