 ABOUT THE ROLE 

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Payroll Officer to become a key member of our team located Rhodes, NSW. This pivotal role will center around managing jurisdictional long service leave and entitlements, serving as the primary contact for all payroll-related enquiries and external interactions. As the designated subject matter expert on long service leave, this role will play a crucial part in the Group by staying ahead of legislation changes, offering training, and providing valuable guidance to the broader Group Payroll team.

ABOUT YOU

• Knowledge of payroll processes, practice requirements and Australian payroll regulations.
• Knowledge of Australian superannuation regulations
• Advanced ability in Microsoft Excel formulas and functions for completing LSL calculations (e.g. VLookUp, if/sumif functions, iferror, concatenate, etc)
• The ability to multitask and meet deadlines, in a busy environment.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
