Our clients primary aim is to become Australia’s leading service provider in accommodation, respite, and support services.  They are looking to expand their team and are recruiting for an exceptional Occupational Therapist.

Role Requirements:

This supportive team is seeking a passionate, autonomous, flexible, and highly skilled OT to enhance the lives of participants, to increase their independence and function with everyday tasks.
 

  • You will work as a mobile therapist providing community-based therapy 
  • Provide assessment and intervention services to children and adults 
  • Complete functional capacity assessments, life skills training, equipment prescription and home environment assessments
  • Timely completion of reports outlining recommendations
  • Work with the leadership team to create a strong Occupational support team

 
About You:

  • A passion for people and a genuine interest in responding to the needs of others
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of the NDIS framework
  • Strong understanding of person-centred care
  • Enable business growth opportunities and be involved in decision making

Essential Skills:  

  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy 
  • AHPRA registration 
  • Authorised to work in Victoria
  • Valid Victorian Driver License and own car
  • Minimum 2-year NDIS industry experience
  • Ability to actively navigate and adapt to change
  • Working with Children Check
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
