About the Role

 The Enrolled Nurse (EN) is an integral part of the healthcare team, utilising nursing practices to deliver patient care under the guidance and direction of the Registered Nurse (RN).

 This practice aligns with various standards and guidelines, including:

  AWH Scope of Practice.

1. Australian Nursing and Midwifery Council (ANMC) National Competency Standard for Enrolled Nurses.
2. NMBA Code of Ethics for Nurses in Australia and AWH Code of Conduct.
3. Nurses and Midwifery Board of Australia: A nurse’s guide to professional boundaries.
4. ANMC: Code of professional conduct for nurses in Australia.

The EN maintains accountability for their actions, retaining responsibility for delegated activities and actions, while remaining answerable to the supervising RN.

Employment Type: This is a Permanent Part Time opportunity (24 hours per week).
