The team in VIC are recruiting for a Casual Sales Assistant to work in the East Melbourne boutiques for the festive season, this includes our boutiques in Knox, Eastland and The Glen. The ideal candidate will be flexible in work patterns during this busy trading season and are willing to travel to multiple sites.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing deliveries and ensuring inventory is stocked and organized.
  • Fulfilling online orders and providing excellent customer service.
  • Assisting with visual merchandising to create an appealing in-store environment.
  • Engaging with customers and providing product recommendations.
  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints.
  • Promoting the values of our business: Customers, Community, Fashion, and Lifestyle.
