The Role


We are looking for a full-time sous chef to join this already amazing team. If you have 1-2 years of similar experience working in a pub or Italian restaurant this would be ideal. High-volume service experience is a must, this is a busy venue. Ability to manage a small team of 6 + chefs alongside the head chef. Good communication and can follow direction, experience across the kitchen, a bonus if you have pizza experience as well. Have a good understanding of WH&S, ordering and developing staff.
