Let’s talk about this role

As a Technical Test Analyst, you will be a crucial player in a cross-functional team to create products that meet the needs of the users in terms of functionality and usability. You will collaborate with a dynamic team of experts such as Technical Product Analysts, Engineers, Systems Analysts, Product Owners to understand business requirements, technical implementation and determine the best way to test the solution.

This role will involve you conducting both manual and automated test approaches on our legacy system and also our cutting-edge technologies. You will also have opportunities to enhance skills to build test automation scripts, including framework and test suites, and capability to utilise testing tools and alternate ways of testing.

Let’s talk about you

With demonstrated experience in a Test Analyst, Support, or IT professional role, other skills and experience that will help set you up for success include:

  • Ability to analyse requirements from functional perspective

  • Ability to articulate and define a test approach, test cases and scenarios for any given context

  • Experience in testing APIs

  • Experience with databases - ability to run simple and complex queries and understand data structures

  • Comfortable working in a highly collaborative team environment

  • Good customer service and relationship building skills

  • Familiarity with various tech tools such as AWS, Postman, SQL Server, JIRA, Confluence would be highly regarded

  • Experience with web UI Automation Test Tools Cypress or Playwright

  • Programming skills or experience with scripting e.g., on Ruby or JavaScript would be highly regarded

This is a 2 year Fixed Term Contract.
