About the role

Are you passionate about leveraging data to drive business decisions? AGL is seeking a dynamic Workday Analytics & Insights Partner to join our People & Culture (P&C) team. In this newly created role, you will empower our leaders with cutting-edge Workday reporting and analytical solutions, shaping the future of our business initiatives.

Reporting into the Workday Transformation lead, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of innovative reporting tools, driving high-quality data reporting for our P&C function and broader business.

What you’ll be doing

• Workday Reporting & Analytics SME: Lead the development and maintenance of impactful dashboards and reports using Workday, Prism, and People Analytics. Create visually compelling data visualisations to communicate HR insights.
• Workday People Analytics SME: Act as the initiative lead for the implementation of the People Analytics solution alongside our implementation Partner and IT and Digital Services team.
• Championing Workday Adoption: Partner with P&C and business stakeholders to identify and refine analytics use cases. Promote the adoption of self-service tools and enhance data literacy across the organisation.
• Identifying and designing solutions: Partner with the Digital Service team to investigate challenges and identify innovative solutions that leverage the Workday ecosystem.
• Operational Support: Support complex adhoc reporting requests and provide context on data insights to stakeholders.

About you

What you’ll bring to the table

• Deep experience with Workday Reporting, Prism Analytics, and People Analytics, ideally in an implementation role.
• Data Visualisation Skills - proficiency in creating clear, impactful data presentations.
• Critical Thinking- ability to connect HR data to organisational goals.
• Strong attention to Detail, with commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to partner effectively across teams.
• Continuous Improvement - proactively resolve issues and stay updated on HR reporting and analytics trends.
