Qualified Chef

Our client is a leader in venue management, operating in prominent stadiums and arenas throughout Australia and New Zealand.
We are seeking experienced chefs for casual work at the Gabba Stadium in Woolloongabba.

We are looking for chefs who are:

• Motivated, creative, and passionate with a diverse culinary skill set.
• Experienced in large-scale event dining and corporate catering.
• Hands on in the day-to-day operations of a busy kitchen.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Knowledgeable about food safety and quality standards.
• Capable of handling high-pressure situations in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Excellent communicators with strong interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic, positive, and dedicated.

Key Requirements:

• Commercial Cookery Cert III
• Food Hygiene Certificate
• Police check or willingness to obtain one
• Flexibility to work up to four days per week, including evenings and weekends
• Full work rights
