Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
  • Manage and train a diverse team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Develop and implement innovative menu ideas in collaboration with our culinary team.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
