This dynamic business is experiencing a period of rapid growth and is looking to bring on a number of new, enthusiastic and high energy Appointment Setters to help service a significant increase in demand for their products.

As part of a growing internal customer service team, your role will be to make contact with potential customers who have shown interest in exploring solar energy options for their home or business and schedule in a face to face sales appointment for the field sales team to attend. These customers are people/businesses who have made contact to explore solar energy options.

The leads are all regularly incoming to the contact centre through a variety of digital marketing initiatives implemented by the business. The leads are all warm and ripe for contact and pre-qualification, all you need to do is make contact and secure appointments for the field sales team. 

We are really keen to hear from candidates who exude high energy and have a great attitude. Experience in the solar energy sector is not necessary, but experience in a phone based role or contact centre environment is highly regarded.

We would also be keen to hear from university students or recent graduates, who are looking for extra permanent part time work, as the hours can be flexible around university schedules. Our client will provide full product training to the successful candidates, as well as ongoing phone sales coaching and support from your Manager and current members of the contact centre team.

With multiple positions currently available in this highly successful team, the role offers a generous hourly rate of $30 per hour + commission.

Successful candidates must be reliable and able to commit to a minimum of 25 hours per week, working from the office located in Coombabah. Full time hours are also available.
