Precast Allrounder

Your Role:
This role involves hands-on and labor-intensive tasks in the manufacturing, fabrication of precast concrete components. Working under the manager of the facility, you will play a crucial role in a team-oriented environment, ensuring the efficient production of quality concrete products that meet specific project requirements and specifications.
 
What You Will Do:
Read and interpret written design drawings, sketches and follow oral design instructions to carry out the manufacturing and fabrication of precast concrete components, including pouring, moulding, casting, and curing processes, following established procedures to ensure contractual agreements are fulfilled to high standards and safety guidelines.
Operate various machinery and equipment such as concrete mixers, moulds, vibrating tables, overhead gantry cranes, and forklifts.
 
About You:

• 5 plus years previous experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrated experience in people management with outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
• Have knowledge and understanding of Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) principles and practices.
• Have the ability to obtain / or provide a National Police Clearance and Working with Children card.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Dogging or Riggers ticket beneficial
