About The Position
This is an exciting casual opportunity for a friendly cleaner to join our team. This role is an integral part of developing RetireAustralia to become one of the leaders in the industry, placing our residents at the centre of everything we do. Your role will embrace and support our residents with housekeeping and general domestic cleaning duties working across our Erina, Forresters Beach and Tumbi Umbi Villages.

Reporting to the Manager – Care, you will be responsible for:

·         Providing high quality cleaning services in residential and common areas
·         Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and customer service
·         Reporting and recording any maintenance issues in both residential apartments and common areas
·         Maintaining privacy and confidentiality
·         Assisting within other areas as required
·         Follow all Workplace, Health and Safety standards and report any safety or security concerns

Essential Criteria
As part of the application process, you will be required to provide a National Police Check, proof of right to work in Australia, verification of identification and qualifications, and participate in pre-employment assessment.

·         Demonstrated similar domestic or commercial cleaning skills and experience
·         Must be proactive, flexible and have strong communication skills to build rapport with a diverse range of people
·         National Police Check (or ability to obtain)
·         First Aid & CPR Certificate (or ability to obtain)
·         Clean, neat, and tidy presentation
