About The Opportunity

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering phone calls
  • Booking clients appointments
  • Preparing files for accountant appointments 
  • Mail and all communications via ATO Portal

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Minimum 1 years experience as a Receptionist in an Accounting practice
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Suites and Excel
  • Experience using Access/Handisoft software
  • Ability to work in a fast past environment
