Your day to day

  • Create a warm welcome for every guest that sets the tone for their experience, providing attentive and efficient services, ensuring a delightful experience.
  • Serve a diverse selection of delicious dishes, from our restaurant and bar, along with brewed coffee, local South Australian Wine, outstanding cocktails and other beverages.  
  • Keep the restaurant, bar and banquet areas clean, organized, and inviting, reflecting our commitment to excellence.
  • Anticipate guest needs, address any issues promptly, and create memorable dining experiences that keep guests coming back.
  • For leadership roles, you will be required to manage and supervise staff, support with training, development, roster management and overseeing a shift and other duties to support the running of our food and beverage spaces. 

What we need from you

  • Have an ambitious and positive attitude who works well with team members.
  • Have a service focused attitude, with a talent for delivering impeccable table service.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol accreditation or willing to obtain.
  • You’ll know how to prepare a wide range of drinks. Ideally with formal bartending training
  • Flexible with nights, weekend and public holiday shifts
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably within the hospitality industry 
  • You’ll be on your feet most of the day with lots of bending and kneeling​​​
  • You excel at communication, radiating warmth and approachability that makes conversations easy and enjoyable.
  • Display a commitment to our guests by consistently maintaining a high level of quality at all times

** To be considered for leadership positions you will have a Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience, being 2-3 years’ experience in a leadership role.
