Graduate Trainee

JOB DESCRIPTION You will be part of our team while completing our graduate trainee program, creating knowledge + perspective ready to apply to the delivery of customer + operational Excellence.

Your Role

Your 12-month program will focus on a specific business or functional unit, and allow you to rotate through the various teams within that department. As a graduate trainee, you will gain broad knowledge and skill in the exciting logistics industry.

Your Responsibilities

During your program we hope that you will develop the following knowledge + skills:

To learn + understand how we fit into the supply chain + logistics landscape. To build knowledge of our operational, sales + logistics processes, including their application. To develop personal leadership skills: know yourself + understand others, communication, collaboration. To learn about + apply project management skills: actively participate in/lead + deliver in assigned projects To develop a basic knowledge of continuous improvement/lean thinking To develop knowledge of our various systems + products.

Your Skills and Experiences

Graduating from university (Masters program included) in 2024-2025 and available to start April 2025 Business level English and Japanese Strong interest in logistics industry Desire to advance an international career and interest in future leadership roles
