Eyes At Narangba is an independent Optometry Practice who are focused on giving the best quality of personalised eye care, to families in the Moreton Shire area and beyond. This care includes Behavioural optometry, vision therapy, myopia control and advanced dry eye treatments.

We are seeking a motivated and positive individual to join our dynamic team as an Optical Assistant.

Role and Responsibilities:

We believe in Improving the quality of life by improving vision.  Building long lasting relationships with our patients is at the heart of our business philosophy.  We take the time to understand their individual needs, allowing us to provide bespoke personalised recommendations from a wide range of premium products and services.

  • Handling all levels of patient enquiries
  • Assisting with operations including:
    • reception, invoicing, ordering and pre-testing.
  • Assisting patients in glasses selections
  • Liaising with suppliers and managing stock levels
  • Assisting owners with management of practice operations

Skills and Attributes:

  • Be a happy, positive team player
  • Have a passion for excellence
  • Be a motivated learner
  • Are comfortable using Microsoft software like Word and Excel
  • Sales/Retail experience essential, Optical experience is not essential
