Their expertise lies in surgical, implant, and cosmetic dentistry, complemented by sedation services.

    About YOU:

    8-10+ years of clinical experience
    Previous experience as a lead dentist/practice principal
    Proficiency in cosmetic dentistry and implants
    Valid AHPRA registration and Australian working rights
    A passionate commitment to delivering exceptional care
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    The capability to excel in both collaborative and independent environments

    Your DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Advising on suitable staffing levels for departments and overseeing clinical staff/dentists
    Recognizing and addressing clinic issues, including unsafe clinical practices or unprofessional conduct within your scope of responsibility
    Contributing to the development, upkeep, and guidance on marketing and clinical protocols
    Conducting team meetings and organizing staff training sessions
    Diagnosing and managing oral disorders and diseases
    Formulating treatment plans and educating patients on optimal dental care practices
    Establishing patient care objectives
