About the Opportunity

A unique opportunity exists for a full time Team Administratorto join our growing success and become a part of the vibrant working environment in our Sunshine Coast office located in Maroochydore, supporting the Sales and Leasing teams. We are seeking an enthusiastic and resourceful professional who can respond to changing priorities and possesses a positive 'can do' attitude. 
 
The successful candidate will demonstrate a customer service oriented approach and take pride in maintaining a professional image. The ability to work autonomously and a willingness to assist others will be essential. An adaptable and pro-active approach will see the successful candidate becoming fully involved in the business and provided the opportunity to develop within this role and the business.

Key responsibilities will include;

  • High level administrative/PA support of the Sales & Leasing Division
  • Preparation and compilation of reports, submissions and marketing material
  • Preparation of HTML e-brochures, direct mail-outs and responding to enquiries
  • Tracking and reporting on enquiries
  • Systematic management of internal databases
  • Diary management and email monitoring
  • End of the month invoicing and marketing invoices, understanding of basic trust accounts
  • Undertaking office management tasks and assisting other staff as required

  • Experience in a similar role, ideally within the Real Estate industry
  • Marketing experience using InDesign preferred
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • High level of administration process understanding
  • A proven ability to be proactive and learn quickly
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Sound prioritisation and time management skills
  • The ability to work well under pressure
