Our Community Engagement Leader will: Work to deliver quality services to children and their families who are experiencing difficulty engaging with education by utilising person-centred approaches, therapeutic interventions and an understanding of childhood developmental stages. Provide appropriate casework, assessments, interventions and referral services using a range of techniques. Maintain confidential case records and prepare high quality and timely reports, assessments and advice on developing processes, frameworks and relevant policies as required. Collaborate with staff across the school and community services. Participate in case meetings, professional learning, and team meetings.
