We're searching an experienced Travel Agent to join our Mt Gambier team and become part of our success story. If you have a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating unforgettable adventures for our valued members, then this is the perfect role for you. In this role you will:
- Tailor and manage end-to-end travel bookings, ensuring personalised experiences that cater to each members unique preferences.
- Act as a trusted advisor, selling a wide range of travel products, including flights, accommodation, cruises, tours, and more.
- Engage with customers in person, over the phone, via email, and online.
- Exceed sales targets, going above and beyond to achieve remarkable results.

About you
You’ll be a dynamic individual who is enthusiastic, dedicated, and genuinely excited about the world of travel. We are also looking for:
- Certificate III in Travel and Tourism or experience as a Travel Consultant essential
- A knack for setting and surpassing ambitious sales targets.
- Meticulous attention to detail coupled with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work cohesively within a team.
- Outstanding attention to detail along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
