We have an exciting opportunity working on a large-scale capability/HR. The Change Analyst is responsible for the support and delivery of change management solutions as an integral part of project delivery for the business.
 
This role is working across a University wise capability uplift program affecting staff and academics. We are looking for a Change Analyst with experience across HR and staff capability changes.
Reporting into the Transformation Change Lead on the program you will be responsible for:

  • Ability to communicate the change methodology and ensure understanding across the team of roles and
  • responsibilities
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with the Organisational Change Manager, Project Manager and
  • other key stakeholders
  • Ability to express ideas and concepts clearly, effectively and with meaning, and to a variety of audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to continually changing environments and to navigate the organisation
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight timeframes including ownership and
  • commitment to delivery
  • Demonstrated comprehensive understanding of the Project and Change Management framework and governance methodologies and tools
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and facilitation skills
  • Influencing skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Well-developed relationship management skills and of experience dealing with various stakeholders

Skills and experience required:

  • This is involved across systems, process and policy change rated to a HR/Capability uplift program.
  • You must have HR project experience - HR project background, academic career lifecycle and the the systems to support this.
  • End to end project/program experience.
  • Experience across change impact assessments and able to support people readiness and planning.
  • You will support communications and engagement activities.
  • This role will likely extend and will look to work across implementation effort (mid next year)
  • More people/HR/Cultural change rather than systems change.
  • ore involved in second work stream systems, process and policy change.
  • Must have HR processes experience.
  • Working on all aspects of Change Analyst activity end to end on a program.
  • You will work across change impact assessments and able to support people readiness and planning.
  • Support communications and engagement activities.
  • This role will likely extend and will look to work across implementation effort (mid next year)
  • HR project background, academic career lifecycle and the systems to support this.
