As we are expanding our team, Casual opportunities are available at this leading Childcare centre

Essential Qualifications:

  • Certificate III, Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).

  • Current and valid Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain one).

  • First Aid Certificate, including training in asthma and anaphylaxis

Key Skills and Attributes:

  • Create a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all children.

  • Understand the developmental milestones and needs of various age groups.

  • Design, implement, and evaluate developmentally appropriate programs.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with children, parents, and colleagues.

  • Work seamlessly as part of a diverse and dynamic team.

  • Adapt to the evolving needs of an early childhood setting with creativity and grace.

Desirable Skills and Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with the national early learning framework for children from birth to five years.

  • Insight into quality service standards and assessment processes.

  • Respect for diverse cultures, families, and individual children’s needs.

  • Proficiency in using computers and software for documenting children’s learning and development.

  • Previous experience as an Educator, Assistant Educator, Childcare Assistant, or similar.
