JOB DESCRIPTION

About the Role

Team Global Express is seeking a HR or HC Driver to commence immediately at our Barney Point, Gladstone Location. This is a Full Time, Permanent Position that provides the opportunity to jump on board with our dedicated Queensland Delivery Runs to service our major clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

  • This is a Full Time position, 7.6 hours x 5 Days a week (7am Starts)

  • Overtime will be available depending on Business Requirements

  • You must hold either a HR or HC licence. You must also be able to drive a combination of Automatic and Manual Heavy Vehicles

  • A HC Licence is preferred but not essential for this role

  • Must have at least 2 years of driving experience (preferred but not essential)

  • Must have a safety first approach and demonstrate WHS practices and procedures consistently

  • Follow and comply with company procedures, including hazard, near miss and incident reporting processes

  • Complete deliveries and pick ups promptly and according to time frames

  • Restraining loads safely as well as the correct use of straps and chains where required

  • Complete own vehicle pre-start checks

  • Please Note: There is no set allocation of trucks in this position
