About us:

The Exercise Physiology service at Monash Health is an integral part of the wider interdisciplinary team. This unique opportunity will join the Community Rehabilitation team at our Kingston site in Cheltenham and will give you the opportunity to participate in your clients care in their home and/or community in this privileged role.

Community Rehabilitation offers both home and centre based therapy. The Exercise Physiologist works closely with the interdisciplinary community rehabilitation team to provide a therapy program that is both holistic and client centred. This position provides the opportunity to work with autonomy, be creative and deliver high quality therapy services.

About You:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Exercise Physiologist to work in a Grade 1 capacity in our Community Rehabilitation Program, in a permanent, full time capacity. This position is primarily based in the centre based Community Rehabilitation team at our Kingston site. You will be working in a variety of specialisms including (but not limited to): Neurological, Orthopaedic, Cardiac, Pulmonary and General Rehabilitation. Working with a diverse range of clients, no two days will be the same You will work alongside our talented EP’s as well as the wider interdisciplinary team. You will work collaboratively with a fantastic group of people who are inclusive, passionate and share a vision to provide excellent, evidence-based care for patients and their families.
