We are looking for a Full Time Dental Assistant/Receptionist who is passionate, dedicated and customer centric. We are a solid, stable team looking for an experienced dental assistant who’s happy to assist in reception when required as we prepare for a significant growth in customer volumes. 

This role is a 12-month contract - 4 day compressed week 

No weekends or late night, hello work life balance

Someone passionate who thrives on patient care

Dental Experience is preferred for the role

No 2 days are the same, we are fast paced practice with new challenges every day

The Heart of the Role:

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships by providing excellent customer service to our patients
  • Prepare patients & facilities for dental treatment
  • Deliver quality chairside assistance to our Dentists
  • Provide instrument sterilisation and infection control solutions
  • Maintain and implement infection control standards and procedures
  • Patient care from entry to the surgery and recall management

What you'll bring:

  • Ability to keep calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in Dental Assisting preferred but not essential
  • Previous administration or reception experience is desired – dual role
  • Passionate about customer service and patient care
  • Organised with attention to detail
  • A proven track record of punctuality and reliability
  • Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
  • ‘Can do’ attitude
