Selection Criteria

  • Previous Mechanical Design Engineer experience (Minimum 8 years) with an HVAC contractor is essential (experience with consultants only is not what we are looking for)
  • Ability to develop "value ideas" around design, then convert these concepts into engineered systems that deliver true ROI and efficient total cost of ownership
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with diverse teams
  • Outgoing, friendly personality with exceptional communication skills
  • High attention to detail, with a strong understanding of the mechanical contracting market and why this role is essential to its success
  • Self-motivated team player who enjoys both high-level technical work and is willing to roll up their sleeves for simpler tasks when needed
  • Ability to work from the SE Melbourne office
